We stayed one night at this luxurious hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The location of this place was fantastic, as it was just next to exit 6 of Namba station and directly behind the airport limousine bus stop. This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and easily get to the airport. Additionally, the room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities provided, such as air conditioning, a sitting area, and a television. The overall service was top-notch, and we were impressed by the attention to detail, from the floral arrangements to the prompt room service. We highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this area.

The receptionist was very nice.
The height of wash basin is too low for me.

Great Location and Friendly Staff During our Christmas trip, we were happy to stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the subway station and a variety of shops and restaurants. the room was also spacious and clean. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially helping us with our luggage. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby.
Outdated amenities and noisy surroundings the amenities of the hotel were outdated and need renovation. the air conditioning system was a bit noisy and malfunctioned at times, making it hard to enjoy a comfortable sleep.

Right in the center of everything, it was easy to find our way to all the popular attractions. the subway is located so close that it made exploring other areas convenient. the hotel was surrounded by so many eateries that it made us become indecisive. the room we stayed in was impeccably clean, spacious with all the required amenities.
The hotel's breakfast was quite underwhelming, leaving much to be desired.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with traditional Japanese features that added to the experience. The location was excellent, close to several transport options and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing maps and recommendations for places to visit.
The rooms were showing some signs of age and wear, with stained carpets and minor maintenance issues. The noise from the surrounding area could be heard at night, which may be a problem for light sleepers.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
